Terberg Techniek fitted a PAC100 pusher axle to a Volvo chassis. CCH, a specialist company in Halsteren, also in the Netherlands, then installed a World Power Erkin crane on the chassis. The crane boom extends to almost 60 metres and its maximum lifting capacity is 125 tonnes. The PAC100 is a 10 tonne Volvo FAL10 axle with air suspension.
The original 10x4 truck with a technical GVW of 56 tonnes is now a 12x4 with a GVW of 64 tonnes. Terberg and Volvo Trucks Nederland together arranged the individual vehicle approval.
On Saturday 22 April there was a celebration and handover of the truck to the customer: The Outstanding Partner. The company will use this unique crane for special lifting projects where it provides a better solution than a conventional telescopic crane or tower crane.
