Merger of Terberg Environmental & Ros Roca Environment

Terberg Environmental, a division of the Terberg Group B.V., based in IJsselstein, the Netherlands and Ros Roca Environment, based in Spain, have decided to merge their operations.

This will create a leading international group providing innovative solutions such as truck chassis, waste collection vehicle bodies and waste loading systems for the recycling and waste disposal industry.

The merged company will have revenues of approximately EUR 385 million annually and will have 1300 employees.

The merger of Terberg Environmental and Ros Roca Environment will create a strong combination, with greater opportunities to deploy the joint expertise in the form of innovative products for the international market. The new company will have production plants in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Brazil and China. There will be a worldwide network of distributors and the company will operate on five continents. Terberg Group B.V. will have a majority shareholding in the merged company and Godfried Terberg will be its Chief Executive. The new company will be called Terberg RosRoca Group Limited and will be based in Warwick in the UK.

The merger of these two companies underlines their shared focus: offering better value to customers, building a stronger position on the market, and excelling in the core business. Together, their core business is manufacturing innovative, safe and robust equipment and developing hardware and software for the international waste disposal and recycling industry.
